We offer Cash on Delivery and secure online card payments through JCC.

Online card payments are processed through the secure JCC payment environment. We do not store your card details on our website.

We send orders across Cyprus with our available courier partners, including ACS, Akis Express and BoxNow, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier, delivery area, order time, public holidays, workload, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us with your order number.

If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid where applicable. If the order has already been dispatched, the returns and withdrawal policy applies.

Consumers purchasing online usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive the goods, subject to the conditions and exceptions set by applicable consumer law.
